Hello,
My Name is Oran - I'm a professional baker, consultant, and educator. I learned the craft at the I.N.B.P. in France and spent years refining it in bakeries across Europe—from managing retail branches in Norway to helping launch gourmet pizzerias.

After years of managing high-volume production and teaching at culinary schools, I realized my true passion is sharing knowledge. I now offer expert consulting and workshops designed to give you real, practical tools.

Sourdough Scheduler came to live from my workshops. I wanted to give a practical tool for my students to plan their sourdough bake.
